An illustration (from the Latin illustratio – to illuminate, to visualize) is a visual element – ​​a drawing, photograph, engraving, or graphic – accompanying text (in a book or magazine) to explain, supplement, or embellish it. It serves a communicative function, closely cooperating with the text. In my case, it was primarily related to advertising, which I created for over 20 years.
